দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Stepping-Stone International School Bangladesh, an English Medium School, following Cambridge Curriculum, wants to hire the best educators. All applicants must be techno-savvy and highly proficient in English. Candidates having English medium schooling and working experience in a reputed international school will get priority. Aspirant incumbents are encouraged to apply under the following criteria.

Job responsibility:

  • Prepare question papers for examinations and mock tests; evaluate scripts and grade students accordingly.
  • Oversee question paper preparation, moderation, and quality assurance.
  • Support academic coordination and curriculum management.
  • Manage assessments, examinations, and academic data.
  • Act as a bridge between teachers, parents, and administration to maintain smooth communication.
  • Academic Coordination, & Academic Management of Primary and Senior Section.
  • Teaching science Subjects ( Math, Physics, Biology, Chemistry Preferred) up to O level.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Master of Science (MSc)
  • Postgraduate and graduate degree from a top-ranked Public or Private University i.e. (DU, NSU, BRAC, IUB, UIU, AIUB, EWU).

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching in Senior Section or grade 6 to O level as a Science Teacher & Academic Coordinator in English Medium Schools.

Skill and efficiency:

  • Able to prepare lesson plans and lecture materials, tailor lessons in line with the international curriculum, and conduct classes accordingly.
  • Comfortable in using technology and able to conduct physical and online classes.
  • Teachers with training in early childhood teaching methodology and knowledge of English phonetics will get preference.
