দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Collaborating with Sales Officer to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales achievement and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Identifying market gap selecting dealers and preparing agreement.
- Searching and expansion of new market.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Provide Report to management daily & monthly.
- Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 32 years
- Only Male
Experience:

Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be Smart, Self-motivated, energetic and polite in manner with attractive personality.
- Designation may be considered on the basis of experience.

- Poultry Feed Sales/ Agro Farm Management/ Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing/ Customer Relationship Management/ Feed Mill Operation/ Field of Agriculture and Cattle Firm-Sales & Marketing/ Sales Reporting
