দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
1. Assist in architectural design, planning, and development of projects.
2. Prepare 2D & 3D drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
3. Develop concept design, layout plan, and presentation drawings.
4. Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and project team.
5. Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
6. Ensure design accuracy and compliance with RAJUK rules and regulations.
7. Prepare working drawings, BOQ, and design documentation.
8. Assist in client presentations and design modifications.
9. Maintain proper documentation of all architectural works.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Architecture Firm, Group of Companies, Healthcare Startup
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 26 to 35 years
