Job Context:
TOKYO DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERS LTD. is a highly experienced Developer Company jointly developed by Japanese and Bangladeshi experts. We consider our human resources to be our greatest asset. We are seeking experienced individuals to join our dedicated team for working in a stimulating environment of our office.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute real estate business for growth and profitability.
Identify and assess investment opportunities in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Plan and oversee existing land utilization as revenue earning and accordingly project execution.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects.
Lead the sales department, marketing, and branding strategies to drive business success.
Maintain relationships with government agencies, investors, and key stakeholders.
Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget constraints.
Lead and mentor a high-performing real estate team.
Up to date knowledge about digital marketing, Rajuk rules and construction rules.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Masters
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 45 years
Proven track record in large-scale real estate projects and business leadership.
Strong knowledge about apartment business and construction of apartment building.
