দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Project Oversight & Coordination
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.
Supervise and monitor vendors/third parties to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate between engineers, vendors, Govʼt liaison and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics
Oversee and coordinate with Supply Chain Management team for the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs and budgets.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent project delays.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.
Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and building code standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and address deviations from approved plans.
Budget & Timeline Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
Monitor cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.
Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or overruns.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and the board.
Maintain strong relationships with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and regulatory bodies.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET), Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET), Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET), Shahjalal University of Science & Technology (SUST) students will get preference.
- MBA in Finance or any professional degree in Finance related subjects will get priority.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 10 to 15 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Minimum (10–15) years of proven experience in project management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial/ Govt. construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, design interpretation, quality control, and procurement.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knowledge on Recipe/concrete ratio of block making, making of Bridge, Building, Roads & Highway, Water Treatment Plant, Sluice gate etc.
