Customer Engagement

Take customer reviews offline
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, message, and social media in a timely manner
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Assist in order processing, confirmations, and after-sales support
Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing
Record and track customer interactions and feedback

Marketing Executive

Content Creation: Overseeing the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and email newsletters.
Channel Management: Executing campaigns across various platforms such as SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, and traditional print.
Consumer Insights: Monitoring trends and conducting research to identify new market opportunities and understand customer behavior.
Budget Oversight: Managing the marketing budget to ensure funds are allocated effectively across different projects.
Database Management: Maintaining and updating customer databases (CRM) for targeted lead generation and nurturing.
Field Visit: Go to motorcycle shops to introducing new products and taking orders of new upcoming products.
