দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Job Context :

Khan Agro Feed Products is a prominent name in the Agro Feed Industry sector of Bangladesh since 1986. We are looking for some energetic, industrious candidates for the above-mentioning post of Manha Fish Feed a sister concern of Khan Agro Group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales target of the assigned area

  • Searching and expansion of new markets.

  • Search and set up new & existing dealers as well as assist management to source best dealer.

  • Order collection & booking; ensure delivery from Feed-mill.

  • Frequently visit fish farms and provide technical support regarding feed/aquaculture.

  • Frequent market survey and Competitors Analysis.

  • Provide Excellent service to Dealers and Farmers

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

  • B.Sc (Agriculture) / B.Sc degree in Fisheries / MBA in Agri Business / MBA with Major in Marketing or BSS (Hon's) and Masters in Marketing from a leading Institute/University

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in any reputed Poultry / Fish Feed Industries.

  • The applicants should have experience in sales and marketing of China based feed company or top level company are also encouraged to apply

  • The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits.

  • The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, fast learner, and result-oriented team member

  • The candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
