দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels (calls, social media, networking, and field visits)
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and update lead status regularly
- Actively promote and sell company products/services to potential clients
- Communicate with prospects to understand their needs and convert them into customers
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure sales closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Present products confidently in front of the camera for promotional videos
- Participate in video shoots, live sessions, and social media marketing campaigns
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers in an engaging and professional manner
- Coordinate with the marketing/design team for content planning and execution
- Assist in business development activities and market expansion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
- Support branding and promotional campaigns as required
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

- Bachelor/Honors
