দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Design high quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and projects.

  • Edit and produce engaging video content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Create visual content that aligns with client brand identity, tone, and marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas.

  • Produce short form video content such as reels, ads, and promotional clips optimized for engagement and conversions.

  • Use motion graphics, transitions, and basic animations to enhance video quality and storytelling.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and other design software

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing designs

  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout techniques

  • Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly

  • Deliver all creative assets on time while maintaining high quality standards and responding to feedback professionally

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Diploma
  • Prefer Certification/Training in Graphic Design
  • Proven skill in Video Editing (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Motion graphics) will add an extra advantage
  • Must have professional certification/trainings from a renowned training institute.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 5 years

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 22 to 35 years

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design

  • Strong portfolio is mandatory (Portfolio link must be included in CV)

  • Without portfolio candidates are discouraged to apply

  • Expert in photo and video editing (Premiere Pro, Canva, Canva Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Illustrator ) will get an advantage

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Good communication skills and collaboration ability with marketing team and different departments.
