Working Hour:
6 days a week (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Weekly off: Thursday
Friday off (alternate basis)

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand client base (retailers, wholesalers, boutiques)
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Promote products through direct sales, online channels, and field visits
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
Experience Requirements:
Freshers are encouraged to apply (experience in sales/marketing will be an advantage)
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and fieldwork
Self-motivated, energetic, and result-driven
