• Operation & Safety: Safely operate chairlifts, gondolas, or industrial lifting equipment, including conducting daily pre-operation inspections and shutdowns.
• Passenger Assistance: Help guests load and unload safely, providing special assistance when necessary.
• Maintenance & Inspection: Perform daily checks of lift machinery, maintain clean and organized loading areas, and report issues to supervisors.
• Customer Service: Act as a public-facing representative, providing information to guests and maintaining a positive, welcoming demeanor.
• Site Management: Manage passenger flow, organize queues, and ensure safety signage is visible.
