Post No. Manager / Sr. Manager Administration for (Factory Knit Dyeing & Finishing Industries)
Location : Gazipur, Kashimpur, Bangladesh.
We are a 100% Export oriented knit dyeing and finishing industries, We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the “ Manager/Sr.Manager - Admin” position for our factory
The Candidate should deserve the following experience:
To maintain discipline and security in the factory and production floor.
Must have the skill to run the factory security department, if it is necessary to hire the factory security or security supervisor , there must be a source to hire them.
Monitor recruitment, training, counseling, orientation programs & design job descriptions efficiently
Monitor the performance metrics of the workers and staff, and conduct timely and fair performance appraisals and promotions
Check salary sheets, wages, benefits, pay & allowances, settlement payments of employees, following the labor law and company practices
Ensure team members are properly handling floor issues and helping them with critical complaints and disciplinary action procedures
Handle the legal issues related to company affairs as well as Labor Law
Perform other tasks or assignments provided by the management
Must have the ability to run factory all administrative operations except factory productions.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 35 to 50 years
Age 35 to 50 years, age relaxation is possible based on experience.
Experience working with MS office, MS XL, Email, internet browsing etc.
Able and willing to work under presser and meet deadline.
Good communication and presentation skill.
The candidate should have experience in the Textile Industries
