Employment Type: Full-time | Probation Period: 3 months

We provide advanced solutions for General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, ENT, Orthopedic, and Laser Surgery — working with major hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers across the country. For many years, we have been proudly organizing high-quality training programs for doctors with a strong reputation at both national and international levels. We are growing fast and looking for energetic professionals to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage national and international medical training programs and medical tourism initiatives.
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Follow up with clients for credit collection and maintain collection records.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and accounts departments and ensure proper arrangement and organization of products.
  • Maintaining different logs & registers of the company.
  • Ensure customer communication & satisfaction through phone, chat and social media.
  • Collaborate with sales team and others to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the management.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters
  • Masters / Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed University.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Trading or Export/Import, Importer

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 22 to 28 years
  • 2–3 years of working experience of Customer Service/Call Center in trading/import or similar industry.
  • Freshers also can apply.
  • Experience in medical equipment, trading, or import business is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills in English. (Please don’t apply if you are not comfortable with English)
  • Have excellent communication skills both Bangla & English.
  • The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge & strong command of MS Office & online activists.
  • Should be well disciplined, honest, detail-oriented, confident & capable of working pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Ability and willing to multitask working.
