Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Outlet Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales operations and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
Drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing teams
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans
Ensure brand positioning and marketing effectiveness
Job location Dhaka (showroom outlets and head office)

- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 4 years

Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
