About the Position
- A leading and rapidly expanding frozen food manufacturing and export company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Production Manager to oversee our daily production, inventory, and logistics operations and export. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high product quality assurance, maintaining strict cold chain integrity, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food production operations to maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations (HACCP/GMP/BRC) across all production and storage facilities.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand.
- Manage and supervise production staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely arrival of ingredients and raw materials.
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely export of finished products.
- Develop and manage production budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
- Resolve any production-related issues that may arise and provide timely solutions.
- Participate in the development and optimization of new product recipes and processes.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the frozen pastry and finger food industry, specifically in production.
- Skills: Proven knowledge of cold chain logistics, inventory management software, and MS word and MS Excel.
- Leadership: Strong team management abilities and problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios.
