দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Job Context: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Purchase Manager for a renowned fashion brand Nabarupa (For Exclusive Unit). The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently sourcing ready wears and materials essential to operations, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop cost-efficient procurement strategies for sourcing best quality ready wears and raw materials essential to operations.
- Plan and align procurement activities with the company’s budget, cost-saving goals, and production timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to ensure the best value for the organization.
- Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with the company procurement policy & procedure.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Boutique/ Fashion
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Must have a depth of knowledge about best suppliers in local and international markets.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in purchase (Local and Imported ready dress, fabric also dress material), preferably in the Boutique/ Fashion industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
