Working Hour:
6 days a week (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
Weekly off: Thursday
Friday off (alternate basis)

Job Responsibilities:
Research current and emerging fashion trends in ethnic wear (local and international markets)
Develop new product concepts, designs, fabric combinations, and embellishment ideas
Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams
Analyze customer preferences and market demand to guide product development
Source new fabrics, materials, and accessories
Ensure product quality, fit, and cost-effectiveness
Prepare and review product samples, monitor development stages
Maintain proper documentation of designs, samples, and R&D reports
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Chain shop, Importer, Online Retail Startup
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in ethnic or ladies’ wear
Experience with Pakistani/Indian fashion trends will be an advantage
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and garment construction
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to translate trends into commercially viable products
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
