Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers directly and over phone
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Respond to customers messages professionally
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Working Hours: 9am to 7pm
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- HSC
- Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Good communication skills (Bangla & English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant fields.
