- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote and sell real estate products (land share / apartments) to prospective customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions to ensure successful conversion
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to improve sales strategies and performance
- Expand professional network and develop new sales channels to increase business growth
- Explore new business areas and opportunities to enhance overall sales volume
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, management) for smooth sales operations
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
3 years’ experience in Real Estate Company.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MSOffice.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and excellent time management skills.
Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures.
Candidates from Real estate background.
Candidate without experienced in Real Estate Sector need not to apply.
