Confidence has enormous reputation as one of the leading FMCG concerns in Bangladesh with the flagship project of Confidence Salt. It has number of FMCG products like vacuum salt, drinking water, Beverage, aromatic rice, tea, sauce, etc.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward)
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials
Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment when required
Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation
Supervise store staff and ensure discipline and efficiency
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production departments
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration ,or relevant field.
Additional training/certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 8 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At most 40 years
- Only Male
Has to handle all concerns under “Confidence”
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in store/warehouse management
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software
Good organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
