DONGJIN TECHNOLOGY CO., OPC is a growing manufacturing and technology-driven organization committed to operational excellence and quality production. We are looking for dynamic, skilled, and experienced professionals to strengthen our production and engineering team.
The selected candidates will play a key role in planning, supervising, and optimizing manufacturing processes to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, and maintain operational efficiency.
They will also contribute to continuous improvement, cost optimization, and implementation of modern production techniques.
Key Responsibilities
For Technician
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
Ensure smooth day-to-day production operations
Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
Maintain safety standards and follow operational procedures
Support engineers in process improvement and efficiency enhancement
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Graduate or relevant technical field
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
Experience: Candidates should have minimum (2 to 5) years of particle experience preferably in a similar position in a reputed company.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of modern manufacturing systems will be an advantage
International exposure will be considered an added advantage
