Trainer - Digital Marketing for Freelancing - (NSDA Level 3)

Digital Freelancing and Technology Institute (DFTI) is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training aligned with the NSDA Level 3 standards, specifically focusing on empowering students to succeed in the global freelancing marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct theoretical and practical sessions on Digital Marketing for Freelancing (NSDA Level 3).
  • Guide students on marketplace navigation (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.), profile
  • optimization, and client communication.
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials in accordance with the NSDA
  • Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) methodology.
  • Assess student progress through regular mock tests and practical assignments.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, Social Media Marketing, SEM, and Content Marketing.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

  • Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience may compensate for degree).

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing and a proven track record in International Freelancing.

  • Skills: * In-depth knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.

  • Strong command over English & Bangla (both written and verbal) for international communication training.

  • Ability to motivate and mentor youth from diverse backgrounds.
