Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, digital promotions, media communications, and project launches.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Implement CRM systems, monitor sales performance, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.

  • Analyze market trends and recommend pricing, promotional, and business growth strategies.

  • Mentor team members through training, performance evaluation, and continuous development.

  • Coordinate with project, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and transparent business practices.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male

  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and professional interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
