দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy AI Business Automation Executive to drive digital marketing performance, implement AI-powered business solutions, and optimize operational efficiency through automation. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in digital marketing, AI tools, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools to create high-converting ad copies, marketing content, video scripts, and creative assets.
  • Build and optimize sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and conversion rates.
  • Generate qualified leads and improve campaign performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Configure and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics, and other tracking systems.
  • Analyze customer behavior, audience insights, and purchase journeys to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute retargeting and customer retention campaigns.
  • Implement AI-powered customer engagement, support, and marketing automation solutions.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, ROAS, ROI, and continuously optimize marketing performance.

AI & Business Process Automation

  • Identify opportunities to automate business operations using AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for reporting, email management, customer communication, document processing, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered customer support systems and chatbot solutions.
  • Integrate CRM platforms, marketing tools, and business applications to create seamless workflows.
  • Manage automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, and similar tools.
  • Research, test, and implement emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify process bottlenecks and recommend automation-driven improvements.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, Marketing, CSE, ICT, or a related field.
  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for exceptionally skilled candidates with proven experience.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Advertising Agency, Software Company, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, E-commerce, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Online Retail Startup

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 20 years
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, AI Automation, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Consumer Products, or D2C brands will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Practical experience with business software, CRM systems, and workflow automation tools.

Required Skills

AI & Automation

  • Proficiency with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, CRM systems, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted business operations, chatbots, and automation frameworks.

Digital Marketing

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in lead generation, sales funnel optimization, audience targeting, and remarketing.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

Content & Design

  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and video editing tools.
  • Strong content writing and communication skills in both English and Bengali.

Data & Reporting

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, reporting dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
