Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering team, establish development standards, oversee software delivery, and drive technical excellence across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the software engineering team.

  • Develop engineering strategies, processes, and best practices.

  • Oversee software architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high quality standards.

  • Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and review processes.

  • Mentor software engineers, team leads, and technical managers.

  • Coordinate with product, business, and management teams.

  • Monitor project risks, resource allocation, and technical challenges.

  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team performance.

  • Support recruitment, technical interviews, and team development initiatives.

  • Evaluate and implement modern technologies, tools, and frameworks.

  • Ensure software security, scalability, and maintainability.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering
    • Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in Software Engineering

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 30 years

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.

  • 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.

  • Experience managing software development teams.

  • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and modern development tools.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
