Alliance Lube Industry Ltd. is a rapidly growing company specializing in the marketing and distribution of high-quality Lubricants and Automotive Spare Parts for 2-Wheelers, 3-Wheelers, and Easy Bikes across Bangladesh. Backed by over 30 years of experience in the automotive spare parts industry and representing reputed brands, the company has established a strong nationwide distribution network and a reputation for reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
To support our continued expansion, we are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven sales professionals to join our nationwide sales team and contribute to our growth journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's Lubricants and Automotive Spare Parts products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, workshops, fleet operators, and institutional customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect competitor intelligence.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and customer updates.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales development activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Candidates with educational backgrounds in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields will receive preference.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Motor Workshop, CNG Conversion
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Automobile Sector, Lubricants, Auto Spare Parts, Motorcycle Industry, Automotive Sales, Business Development, or related fields will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Candidates must be able to ride motorcycle confidently.
- A valid Motorcycle Driving License is mandatory.
