Position Summary
CloudBridgeBd is seeking an experienced Lead Odoo ERP Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, customization, and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.
Design and develop custom Odoo modules and business applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize existing Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, Manufacturing, and POS.
Develop and maintain Python-based backend functionality.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases and queries.
Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
Perform code reviews and establish development standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Lead ERP implementation projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and support technical knowledge sharing.
Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 26 years
4+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years of Odoo development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python, Odoo framework, and custom module development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
Understanding of ERP business processes such as HR, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and CRM.
Experience with Git, software development best practices, and problem-solving skills.
