- Oversee daily distribution operations to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor sales performance, track targets, and support field force teams to achieve monthly KPIs.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and reduce stock out situations.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, to increase sales volume.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor trade activities and identify business opportunities.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales and distribution team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, distribution guidelines, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and inventory reports.
- Resolve operational issues, retailers queries, and ensure service quality.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.
