দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Manage and oversee all inspection operations and field activities.
- Plan, assign, and monitor inspection schedules to ensure timely service delivery.
- Review and approve inspection reports before submission to clients.
- Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with client requirements, international standards, and company procedures.
- Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate inspectors and coordinators.
- Maintain high standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism throughout inspection activities.
- Handle client communications, complaints, and technical inquiries.
- Investigate inspection disputes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare periodic management reports.
- Coordinate with factories, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in in Leather Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Experience in quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience in third-party inspection company will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AQL standards, inspection procedures, and quality management systems.
Required Skills
- Leadership and team management.
- Client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
