দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
- Team Coordination: Lead the in-house marketing team and coordinate with external agencies, as required, to plan and execute Digital, BTL, and B2B marketing initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Design and execute sales strategies to increase footfall and membership sales, while working closely with the operations team through regular meetings and follow-ups to optimize service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
- Strategic Development: Conceive and implement brand and marketing strategies, aligning them with company objectives and sales targets.
- Business Development: Cultivate business partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B deals to drive revenue.
- Campaign Management: Assess and ensure the efficacy and ROI of each marketing campaign.
- Reporting & Analysis: Deliver comprehensive reports on targets versus achievements and campaign ROIs.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Amusement Park
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Only Male
Understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Ads, Social media platforms, analytics).
Proficiency in both Bangla & English typing, PowerPoint & Excel.
Result-oriented with a positive work ethic.
Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.
Tech Savvy.
Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.
Resilience and willingness to work under pressure and beyond regular hours.
