Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative and result-oriented Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our multi-brand marketing activities, generate leads, increase sales/admissions, and develop business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple brands.
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
  • Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads).
  • Generate and manage leads through digital channels.
  • Monitor lead follow-up and conversion process.
  • Work with content creators for reels, videos and promotional content.
  • Prepare monthly marketing plans and performance reports.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with different teams and branches to achieve growth targets.
  • Manage external clients for future marketing services.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Media & Communication or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 5 years

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 18 years

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Business Development.
  • Experience in Education, Training, Service Industry, or Agency will be preferred.
