Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify target segments
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Manage client relationships and acquire new customers
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support promotions and product launches
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale, Importer, Food (Packaged), Beverage
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 26 to 34 years
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant sales and marketing role
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales track record with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team
Personal Attributes:
- Results-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and team-focused
