দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

We are looking for a few energetic, ambitious, and career-oriented young professionals to join our team as Marketing Executives for the promotion and distribution of world-class Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) manufactured by a renowned and trusted UK-based company with a long-standing heritage in cataract surgery solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and market premium-quality IOL products to ophthalmologists, eye hospitals, eye clinics, and ophthalmic surgeons across Bangladesh.

  • Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong professional relationships with ophthalmology consultants and surgeons.

  • Achieve marketing objectives through 100% field-based activities and extensive travel throughout the country.

  • Perform duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

  • Submit regular reports and updates on market activities and business development initiatives.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors

  • Minimum Bachelor`s degree from a recognized institution.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 25 years

  • Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.

  • Prior experience in IOL, ophthalmic products, medical devices, or healthcare marketing will be given preference.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-based marketing activities throughout Bangladesh.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of building long-term professional relationships.
