We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, strengthening our brands, driving market growth, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
Position Details
Position: Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Workplace: Gulshan-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
- Lead brand development, product positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, trade marketing, and promotional activities.
- Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Lead new product launches and support product development initiatives.
- Manage digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and online brand presence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Design teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
- Monitor marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Represent the Company at exhibitions, trade fairs, corporate events, and industry networking activities.
- Perform other strategic marketing responsibilities assigned by Management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Master of Professional Marketing (MPM) in Finance & Banking, Marketing
- Master of Business Studies (MBS)
- IBA, Dhaka University,University of Dhaka,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University students will get preference
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be considered an added advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 34 to 45 years
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, trade marketing, digital marketing, and consumer marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business objectives.
Preferred Industry Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following product categories:
- Packaged Drinking Water
- Juices & Beverages
- Liquid Food Products
- Snacks
- Biscuits
- Cakes & Bakery Products
- Cosmetics & Personal Care Products
- Other FMCG Food & Consumer Products
