Job Description / Responsibility
Gather and analyze business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare clear and detailed Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and functional documentation.
Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Analyze existing product features and recommend improvements based on customer feedback and business needs.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify that developed features meet business requirements.
Create process flows, wireframes, or simple mockups when necessary.
Maintain product documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 30 years
Interest in modern software product design, user-centric thinking, and product analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Good documentation skills, including preparing Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), user stories, and process flows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong AI mindset, with genuine curiosity and willingness to learn more about AI tools.
