দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage Road and Bridge or Building Construction Projects.

  • Prepare project plans, work schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Supervise site engineers, project staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Review project drawings, BOQ, estimates, and technical documents.

  • Monitor project costs and control budget overruns.

  • Prepare project reports and present project status to management.

  • Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational issues.

  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and labor regulations.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
  • Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST),Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • Minimum 04-08 years of professional experience in Civil Construction projects.
  • At least 1 year of experience as Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, or equivalent position.
  • Proven experience in Road/Highway/Bridge/Flyover/ Building, and Infrastructure Projects.
  • Experience in government and semi-government projects will be preferred.
