Jishan Cable Industries Ltd. is a rapidly growing manufacturer of Electrical Wire, LT/HT Power Cable, and Optical Fiber Cable in Bangladesh. To support our expanding business operations, we are inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the Quality Control Officer (QC) position.
Job Location: Factory, Ganggatia, Paragaon (Near Seedstore Bazar), Bhaluka, Mymensingh
Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with product quality standards and specifications. Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products. Monitor production quality and identify defects or non-conformities. Prepare quality reports, test certificates, and inspection records. Coordinate with production and management teams to improve product quality. Ensure compliance with BSTI, IEC, ISO, and customer-specific quality requirements. Maintain laboratory equipment and testing records. Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Minimum Graduate from any reputed university. Preference will be given to candidates having academic background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Science, Physics, Chemistry, or other relevant disciplines.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- At least 4 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 18 years
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 4 (Four) years of practical experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Testing, Inspection, or Production Quality Management in: Electrical Wires, LT/HT Power Cables, Optical Fiber Cables, Electrical Manufacturing Industries
- Requirements: Sound knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and testing procedures. Familiarity with cable testing equipment and quality documentation. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Additional Requirements: Candidates must be hardworking, sincere, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Good communication and reporting skills will be preferred. Experience in cable, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be considered an added advantage.
