Black House is a growing and dynamic organization committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and business excellence. We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilties:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for
    the projects.

  • Plan and manage online marketing campaigns.

  • Handle social media marketing, content planning, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with the design, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.

  • Increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses.

  • Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing activities based on results.

  • Maintain communication with clients, partners, and external agencies when needed.

  • Support product promotion, branding, and new campaign launches.

  • Generate creative ideas for promotional offers and customer engagement.

  • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, and brand activation activities.

  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities are aligned with brand identity.

    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
    • HSC

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 23 to 40 years
