দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell chemical products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Promote and sell industrial chemical products to potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and submit to management
- Visit clients, factories, and industrial areas regularly
- Follow up on payments and order deliveries
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- SSC
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Chemistry / Business Administration preferred
Educational background in Science/Industrial Chemistry is an advantage
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 22 to 35 years
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel frequently
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Good knowledge of industrial market preferred
Ability to work under pressure
