Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to generate sales and promote company products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize conversion and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer service and order fulfillment.
- Achieve individual and team sales performance targets.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
--অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 18 to 40 years
Requirements:
- Experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, or Customer Care (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade customers and close sales effectively.
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel applications.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer support will be considered an advantage.
