We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Agriculture & Gardening Assessor to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct practical and theoretical assessments for trainees in agriculture and gardening.
- Evaluate trainees' competency in crop cultivation, plant care, irrigation techniques, soil preparation, pest management, and landscape maintenance.
- Assess trainees' practical skills using industry-recognized competency standards.
- Observe trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support skill development.
- Prepare assessment reports and maintain accurate records of trainee performance and competency.
- Assign remarks and recommendations based on assessment outcomes.
- Ensure all assessment activities comply with company standards, occupational safety guidelines, and industry best practices.
- Promote sustainable farming techniques, environmental awareness, and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with the training management team to ensure effective implementation of competency assessment programs.
- Perform other duties assigned by management related to training and competency assessment.
Job Location: Kawla Bazar, Airport, Dhaka
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Five (5) working days per week
- Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Diploma in Agriculture
- Minimum Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 2 to 3 years
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 22 to 45 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in agriculture, horticulture, gardening, landscaping, agricultural training, or competency assessment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good knowledge of modern agricultural practices, gardening techniques, and workplace safety.
- Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and committed to professional excellence.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural and professional environment.
