As an Air Ticket Reservation Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and hassle-free flight bookings. You will be responsible for providing real-time information on flight schedules, fares, and availability while strictly following airline policies and industry regulations.
Naria Holidays, precision is not optional it is our standard. In this role, you will handle end-to-end ticketing operations, communicate with clients and airline partners, and maintain accurate booking and transaction records. Your expertise in reservation systems and your attention to detail will directly impact the quality of service we deliver.
You will also act as a key support point for clients, helping them choose the best routes, fares, and travel options based on their needs. Your ability to solve problems quickly and manage urgent travel situations will be highly valued.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 4 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age At least 28 years
- To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and practical experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in air ticket reservation
- Strong command of GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Galileo / Portal)
- Solid understanding of fare structures, ticketing rules, and airline policies
- Knowledge of international and domestic flight routes and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in booking and documentation
- Strong client handling and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Flexible and ready to handle urgent or after-hours travel needs
