দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
Executive sales operations and achieve area sales target.
Maintain relationships with dealers, retailers and prospective customers.
Handles customer queries, complaints and order related issues.
Conduct regular market visit and collect market intelligence.
Develop and execute result-driven sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Provide product information, quotations and pricing support to customers.
Maintain sales reports, customer records and visit updates.
Visit all Thana and areas within assigned area.
Monitor and supervise all retailers and sellers regularly.
Take necessary initiatives to increase dealer’s sales performance.
Ensure collection from all dealers and sellers in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Create new area/market frequently field visit and meet dealers to market new sales.
Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for the management.
যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):
- 4 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel, Building & Construction Materials
অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):
- Age 30 to 35 years
- Only Male
