দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

Car Theory BD (CTBD), a leading Japanese pre-order reconditioned vehicle import company based in Gulshan-1, Dhaka, is looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented accounts professional to manage the company`s day-to-day financial operations—including accounting software management, vehicle LC processing, cash flow monitoring, and bookkeeping.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the company`s accounting software on a daily basis, ensuring real-time and accurate entry of all transactions

  • Handle Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and processes related to vehicle imports from Japan

  • Record and manage daily transactions, including customer payments and receivables

  • Maintain manual transaction registers (khata) alongside digital records, keeping both accurate and reconciled

  • Monitor daily cash flow across all company bank accounts; prepare and report morning/evening balance summaries to management

  • Reconcile bank balances regularly and ensure correct adjustment entries

  • Provide a clear, itemized handover of accounts and pending balances before the end of each working day

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and ensure compliance with company financial policy

  • Support management with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit-related tasks as required

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Master of Professional Finance (MPF)
    • Master of Professional Banking (MPB)
    • Masters
    • Bachelor/Honors

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Automobile, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • Only Male

  • Advanced Excel Knowledge

  • ERP Software Knowledge or any Accounting Software Knowledge

  • Knowledgeable in bank transactions like RTGS, A-Challan

  • Clear understanding of LC processes and bank reconciliation

  • Able to independently manage multiple bank accounts

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Experience in trading, import/export, or the automobile industry will be given preference

  • Must be honest, responsible, and highly disciplined, with strong ownership of financial data
