দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)
The Project “Access to and Utilization of Lifesaving Services by Marginalized Communities in Chittagong Hill Tracts in Bangladesh” seeks to restore and scale up essential nutrition, WASH and livelihood services in the three hill districts — Bandarban, Rangamati and Khagrachari. The FIVDB provides technical support to AKHIKA Development Associates, THIAZINGDONG and Zabarang Kalyan Samity under the leadership of Helen Keller International.
Hereby, the FIVDB invites the “Request for Quotation (RFQ)” from bona fide bidders/contractors for the procurement of the following latrine packages.

Interested bidders may collect the RFQ schedule from the link mentioned above. Alternatively, the schedule can be requested via email by contacting to "Chandak Chakma" chandak.chakma@fivdb.org or "Mohammad Belayet Ali Khan" belayet.khan@fivdb.org. One bidder is allowed to submit one schedule for one district. Apply one district only.
The RFQ schedule must be properly completed and submitted along with copies of required documents such as a valid trade license, TIN certificate, TIN acknowledgment, latest text submission, VAT/BIN certificate, bank solvency certificate, experience certificates, etc. In case of any questions, the bidder may request clarification by 30th July 2026.
RFQ Submission Deadline: 4th August 2026 by 12 PM, via courier or by dropping it in the tender box at the 3 IP offices (mention in RFQ) at Rangamati, Khagrachari, and Bandarban.
The Bid will be opened on 5th August at 11 AM at the Pro CHT Project office, Three House, Rajbari Road, Rangamati 4500.
Any incomplete or incorrect tender will be considered non-responsive. Friends in Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB) reserves the right to accept, postpone, or cancel the tender process and to change the quantity/number of items mentioned in the notice.
