দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity for the Agro Eco Resort.
  • Prepare and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly branding and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor digital marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and the company's official website.
  • Develop creative branding campaigns and promotional content for all products and services.
  • Ensure consistency in the company's logo, visual identity, packaging, brochures, banners, advertisements, and all branding materials.
  • Develop individual branding strategies for agricultural products, dairy products, fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, mustard oil, and eco-resort services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and recommend strategies to strengthen the company's brand image.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
  • Plan and execute seasonal, festival-based, and special promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media organizations, advertising agencies, influencers, and public relations partners.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, educational institutions, travel agencies, tour operators, and government and private organizations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, corporate events, and promotional programs.
  • Oversee the company's website and social media platforms by ensuring regular publication of high-quality content.
  • Supervise the development of advertisements, photography, videography, promotional materials, and brand communication to ensure professional quality.
  • Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation by effectively managing public relations and customer concerns.
  • Develop customer loyalty programs and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and manage branding and marketing budgets while evaluating campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Prepare regular branding, marketing, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead long-term brand development initiatives to establish the Agro Eco Resort as a trusted and recognized brand both nationally and internationally.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Branding, or a related discipline.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Online Advertising.
  • Excellent content planning, brand storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate marketing, design, photography, videography, and creative teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to support strategic decision-making.
  • Mindset with the ability to build and grow a sustainable brand.
  • Willingness to travel for promotional events, exhibitions, and project visits when required.
