Comfort Group of Companies is one of Bangladesh’s leading diversified business conglomerates with operations in Real Estate, Shipping, Transportation (Bus Operations), Fuel Station, Restaurant, Fisheries, and Agro Farm. We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across all business units.

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment prospects.

  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare business plans, proposals, and presentations for new and existing projects.

  • Drive business growth across the Group’s Real Estate, Shipping, Transportation, Fuel Station, Restaurant, Fisheries, and Agro Farm businesses.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Prepare periodic business development reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • Bachelor/Honors
    • Masters

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. 

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • 7 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age At least 25 years

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Strategic Planning.

  • Experience in a diversified group of companies will be given preference.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
