- Build and maintain a strong network of drivers and recruitment sources.
- Promote overseas job opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Target
- Recruit qualified candidates for overseas mining projects in Africa and the Middle East.

- Must have a strong network of heavy equipment operators, such as truck drivers, loader operators, bulldozer operators, excavator operators, and other heavy machinery operators.
