Our new corporate headquarters is stationed inside the premium CO+LAB workspace in Baridhara's diplomatic zone.
The Role: What You Will Do
As our Communications & Relationship Executive, you will serve as the primary human voice, corporate writer, and operational bridge for the Future Bridge network. Your responsibilities require managing high-empathy B2C stakeholders alongside a highly strategic B2B educational ecosystem.
1. Institutional & B2B Partner Management (50%)
Grassroots Network Activation: Cultivate, pitch, and sustain strategic referral pipelines with our primary B2B network across Dhaka—including mid-tier English-medium/version schools, elite private tutors, coaching center directors, and academic teachers.
University Liaison: Maintain direct, high-level correspondence with our partner Malaysian universities regarding application compliance, international processing documentation, and partnership scopes.
Agency Synchronization: Manage creative pipelines and deliver clear localized directives to our external digital marketing agency.
2. Stakeholder & Community Communication (50%)
Parent Relations & Transparency: Conduct high-trust, sophisticated consultations with parents, providing direct clarity on safe tuition routing, campus accommodation realities, and realistic living expenses.
Student Pipeline Advisory: Engage directly with highly qualified student leads transitioning from our content hub and AI qualification engines, guiding them into the processing lifecycle

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):
- Masters
- Bachelor/Honors
IELTS Benchmark: A certified minimum Academic IELTS overall band score of 6+ or 7+ (or equivalent native-speaker validation) is strictly mandatory. You must be comfortable writing error-free corporate briefs and conducting high-level spoken negotiations.
Academic Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, International Relations, or Business Administration. Malaysian university alumni (e.g., Sunway, Taylor's) who thoroughly understand the local ecosystem will be given top priority.
