দায়িত্ব ও প্রেক্ষাপট (Job Context and Responsibilities)

The Bangladesh Publishers and Book-Sellers Association invites applications from qualified, energetic, and dedicated candidates for the following position of Computer Operator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, and format official documents, letters, notices, and reports.

  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic records.

  • Operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Manage email correspondence and document filing.

  • Assist in maintaining databases and office records.

  • Provide administrative and IT-related support as assigned.

  • Perform other official duties assigned by the authority.

যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা (Education):

    • HSC
    • Bachelor/Honors

  • Minimum HSC or Bachelor`s degree from a recognized university.

  • Diploma or certificate in Computer Applications will be considered an advantage.

অভিজ্ঞতা (Experience):

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Individual/Personal Recruitment

অতিরিক্ত প্রয়োজন (Additional Requirements):

  • Age 22 to 35 years

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position is preferred.

  • Fresh candidates with excellent computer skills may also apply.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet applications.

  • Fast and accurate typing in both Bangla and English.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Age: Preferably 22–35 years (Age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates).
